After graduating from the Academy of Art, she spent 7 years at Newton Software, honing her craft in design, then led product teams at UserTesting. Now at HubSpot, she’s building customer success tools from the ground up within Service Hub. She loves solving real problems, through AI-powered systems and high quality experiences for customers.
